How to redeem your voucher

Call up the event page

  • Visit our courses first.

  • Select the course for which you have received the discount voucher.
  • Click on the image of the desired event to go to the course page.

Make a course selection

  • On the course page, please select the ticket option that suits you best.Redeem voucher
  • Use the drop-down menu and select an option.Redeem voucher
  • Click on “Add to shopping basket” to continue with the booking process.
  • If none of the available dates suit you, we recommend the Flex-Ticket – this way you secure the price including the discount, and can set the specific course date later. For details, see here.

Redeem voucher

  • You will automatically be taken to the shopping basket.Redeem voucher
  • Enter your personal voucher code (as sent in our e-mail) in the “Voucher code” field (here is an example).Redeem voucher
  • Then click on “Apply voucher code” – your individual discount will be automatically deducted from the total price (here is an example).Redeem voucher

Finalise booking

  • Click on “Continue to checkout” and you will be taken to the checkout.Redeem voucher
  • At check-out, please complete your personal details as usual, select your preferred payment method and …
  • Finalise your booking by selecting “Buy now”.

Conditions of participation

You will receive an exclusive discount voucher as part of a time-limited loyalty promotion. This is linked to a personal voucher code sent to you by e-mail. Our conditions of participation apply.
